Browsing and the demonstration
Hostinger hosts this website on a VPS in the United States. To deliver pages and help protect its infrastructure, the hosting service receives technical information such as your IP address, requested URL and browser information. We use this information to provide and secure the website, on the basis of our legitimate interests in running a working, secure service. We do not run a separate visitor analytics service.
The illustrative cost-and-order demonstration runs in your browser. Its fictional selections are not submitted to us, saved in an account or sent as advertising event parameters. There is no sign-up form on this website.
Optional advertising
Advertising measurement is off by default. If you choose Allow advertising, we load the Meta Pixel (ID 2107991126525385) to measure visits and product views and help build audiences for BakeOrderly advertising on Facebook and Instagram. This is based on your consent. Meta receives technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, page URL, referrer and cookie identifiers, together with PageView and, on the core product page, ViewContent. A product-view event identifies the Home Bakery Order Kit and its listed GBP19 price; it is not a purchase.
We do not add your name, email, card details, workbook contents or demonstration selections to these events. The page never fires a browser Purchase event, and a checkout-button click is not counted as a paid sale. The Conversions API sends the same consented ViewContent event from our server, with the same event identifier as the browser event for duplicate protection. Approved Kit, Messages and Planner purchases may be sent separately by our server under the fresh purchase-measurement choice described below. A server acknowledgement confirms receipt, not an attributed sale.
You can reject advertising and still use the page, watch the hosted video and visit the checkout. Use Cookie preferences in the footer to change your choice. Rejecting after accepting revokes future advertising activity, removes the Meta first-party cookies this site can remove and reloads the page without the Meta script. Withdrawal does not undo information already sent while consent was active. Browser controls can remove other cookies stored by Meta.
Consented server product views
After a fresh choice under notice 2026-10-24-purchase-v8, our server may temporarily keep your actual IP address, browser User-Agent, an existing _fbp identifier if available, the real sanitised page URL and a random event identifier. We send these to Meta to measure ViewContent for the Home Bakery Order Kit. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, workbook data, payment details, _fbc, fbclid or purchase details in this ViewContent record; approved purchases are described separately below.
Unsent matching data expires within 7 days and is removed earlier after successful sending or a known withdrawal. Consent evidence lasts up to 180 days, keyed event hashes and minimal delivery receipts up to 90 days, and sanitised technical counts up to 7 days. We recheck consent before each attempt; retries use the same event identifier. A withdrawal stops future sends once received by our server and removes queued matching data, but cannot recall data already sent or a request already in flight. Offline and other-device limitations remain as described below.
What is stored on your device
- bakeorderly-advertising-consent: local storage recording your accepted or rejected choice, notice version and time for up to 180 days. It is used only to remember your privacy choice and is not sent to Meta.
- _fbp and, where applicable, _fbc: Meta advertising identifiers that may be set after you allow advertising. Meta describes their usual lifetime as three months. Your browser settings and Meta's operation may affect their availability.
No advertising script or tracking image is loaded before an affirmative advertising choice. The locally hosted video does not embed a third-party player. Other browser-managed caching may be used to load ordinary page assets.
Payments and downloads
The checkout and purchased downloads are hosted by Hotmart. If you follow a checkout link, you leave this website; Hotmart applies its own privacy, cookie and purchase terms. It collects the information needed to process the payment and provide access, and may share the relevant order information with the seller to fulfil and support the purchase. Do not enter card details on bakeorderly.online. A marketing choice made here does not set Hotmart's cookie preferences.
On the optional Planner offer page, Hotmart payment options load only when you select Show secure Hotmart options. The official script from checkout.hotmart.com embeds the offer from pay.hotmart.com. Hotmart receives the technical information and transaction URL context needed to show the offer. This page does not load the Meta Pixel, confirm payment or grant downloads. You may skip the offer and go directly to your Hotmart purchases.
When advertising is allowed on the main kit page, only the fixed campaign labels used by our six BakeOrderly ads may be kept in the page URL and added to the checkout link. No arbitrary URL values, email addresses or click identifiers are forwarded by this feature. Rejecting or withdrawing advertising keeps the checkout link free of these campaign labels. The optional purchase measurement described below separately uses an opaque checkout correlation after a valid choice.
After payment approval, Hotmart sends access instructions to the email used at checkout. Sign in to Hotmart with that email to download the ZIP. The ZIP is not an email attachment. Product requirements and the final amount are shown before payment.
Optional advertising purchase measurement
A fresh affirmative choice under notice 2026-10-24-purchase-v8 permits Meta measurement of approved Home Bakery Order Kit, Complete Kit, Messages, Visual Cake Brief, Decorative Packaging and Planner transactions. Earlier V7 choices remain limited to the Home Bakery Order Kit, Messages and Planner. They do not authorise Complete Kit, Visual Cake Brief or Decorative Packaging sharing. A fresh affirmative choice under this notice is required for those products. Planner uses its own reference from the actual offer page, not an inferred Core relationship.
After that choice, the private browser context contains your actual IP address, User-Agent and an existing _fbp if present. A random opaque reference connects your checkout to that choice; it is not a customer identity. We use the actual relevant checkout or offer address without personal/payment query parameters. We do not join purchases using email, IP or timing, and do not assume that an upsell inherits the first reference.
For an authenticated approved payment linked to a valid choice and unexpired context, Meta receives product ID, actual approval time, actual gross amount and currency, a protected transaction event identifier, browser IP/User-Agent and optional existing _fbp. Core, Complete bundle, bump and Planner transactions are measured separately, with a stable identifier on retries. Complete is one transaction for its bundle total, never separate Core, Messages and Feedback component events. Missing, ambiguous, expired or withdrawn links do not become advertising purchases. Native Hotmart advertising tracking and browser Purchase are disabled to avoid duplicate emitters. Meta processes the event for advertising measurement and optimisation, potentially outside the UK under its privacy arrangements; attribution is not guaranteed.
Buyer names, email, telephone, documents, address, card details, workbook contents and raw transaction IDs are discarded before this measurement storage and never sent through this connection. Raw webhook payloads are not logged or backed up.
Browser matching lasts up to 7 days. Minimum consented purchase and correlation records last 30 days; keyed deduplication hashes and minimal receipts 90 days; proof of consent 180 days; sanitised technical counts 7 days. Backups exclude browser context, financial shadow and pending queues. Withdrawal deletes these linked records and committed SQLite write-ahead-log context, prevents future sends and removes unsent events. It cannot recall information already sent or in flight. No matching is restored from a backup.
The Secure, HttpOnly first-party cookie __Host-bo_measurement links this browser to its server proof. Cookie preferences lets you reject or withdraw without affecting Hotmart payments, access or downloads. If a withdrawal cannot reach the server, advertising stops locally and the deletion is retried on the next visit. Other browsers/devices may have separate choices. Essential Hotmart payment, security and antifraud resources are independent of this optional advertising choice.
Support correspondence
When you email support, Zoho Mail processes the address and message you send so we can answer your request and provide product support. We use this information to take steps at your request or support your purchase. Please send only what is necessary, such as an order reference and a description of the issue; do not send customer spreadsheets, card details or sensitive personal information. There is no newsletter sign-up or automatic marketing enrolment.
Providers, retention and international processing
Our providers are Hostinger for hosting, Zoho for support email, Hotmart for checkout and downloads, and Meta for advertising only when you allow it. They may process information outside the UK. Their notices explain their processing locations, retention and transfer arrangements. We do not represent that all processing stays in the UK.
The website preference expires after 180 days. Support and purchase information is kept for handling the request, supporting the purchase and meeting applicable record-keeping obligations, rather than for an unlimited marketing list. Provider technical records and advertising information are subject to the provider's retention arrangements. Contact us to ask about or request deletion of information relating to you.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict or object to processing, or receive information in a portable form where applicable. You may withdraw advertising consent at any time through Cookie preferences. Email suporte@bakeorderly.online for privacy requests. You can also complain to the UK data protection regulator through ico.org.uk.
